We built B&Y Beyond to close that gap. The idea: take the public data that already exists - search, ads, AI engines, competitors' footprints - collect it, read it, and hand it back to a leader as an honest, dated report. No jargon, no promises: facts, a plan, and the raw data if they want it.

Behind it, two partners with complementary roles - Maleaume on client relationships and operations, Yuchen on investment and structure - held together by one belief: seeing clearly shouldn't be a privilege of size. That's the start of the story; the rest, we're writing with our first clients.
